Please ladies, join now while you can, because if Harold Kho is in fact indoctrinated, Sharia law may be also. Then where would we be? Sentences of death by stoning? Taking up the veil and being segregated? I am a mother, artist, and student. I love the freedoms we have and those we expect. I am not willing to go backward, ever again.

Work in the Age of Virtuality
Yesterday a young woman told me that she wanted to return to a specialty field within her company, but during a recent reorganization all the jobs had been relocated to the West Coast from the East. The resistance of the hiring chain to keeping her here astonished me. Why would this be considered a barrier in the age of Virtuality. Especially since:

 1. The company just installed state-of-the-art technology for virtual meetings.
 2. The major governmental agency that the team works with is on the East Coast.
 3. The majority of the internal people whose work is being coordinated are on the East Coast.
 4. By having her located here, the West Coast team gains an additional 3 hours of productive work time.

I hope that I helped her develop a business case for having the opening filled here.
