“Lips Unsealed” by Belinda Carlisle, former lead singer of the Go-Go’s. The title is a reference to one of the band’s biggest hits. The rise and fall of the Go-Go’s is well known — enjoy the memories of a 1980′s rock star (via Los Angeles Times).

12 Literary Stars including Michael Chabon, Susan Orlean, Nick Hornby and more reveal their favorite nonfiction. What a great way to choose our summer books! (via Mother Jones).

Paula Kassell, with her new book "Taking Women in New Directions," gives us an opportunity to read collections of articles that she wrote for the feminist newspaper, New Directions for Women (via Feminist Review).
